How do I read a secure message sent by the Mailock system?
When you receive a secure email from us, click to open it and press ‘Read my message’.
Before you can access the contents of the email, we will first need to verify your identity. To do this, we will arrange for a code to be sent to the mobile phone number, that we hold on our records. Once the authentication is entered, the email will open, and you will be able to read the message from our team at SWP.
All emails can be opened via the Mailock system without registering for an account, however, to secure a two-way communication channel and to be able to reply to our emails securely, you will need to register for a FREE Mailock account.
How do I reply to a secure message sent by the Mailock system?
As soon as you select reply to our email sent via the Mailock system, you will be prompted to create a FREE Mailock account – the registration process is quick and simple.
Once you have registered for an account, this will remove the need for further identity challenges in the future, so you will be able to read and reply to your email from SWP by simply signing into your account.
