Suckling Waddington is delighted to announce that Flora Macleod DipPFS has successfully passed her Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) AF5 (Advanced Pension and Retirement Planning) exam.
The AF5 exam is designed to develop in-depth knowledge and skills in pension and retirement planning, building on the foundation of the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. Successfully completing this exam brings Flora significantly closer to achieving Chartered Financial Planner status, which serves as a universally recognised badge of professionalism and technical competence.
In the same week, Jenny Hall and Jack Burton at sister company MPA Financial Management also passed their AF exams – Jenny passing AF1 (Advanced Financial Planning) and Jack passing AF5 – making it a triple celebration across the group.
Phil McGovern, Managing Director at Suckling Waddington and MPA Financial Management commented: “We are all hugely proud of Flora for passing her AF5 exam, and of Jenny and Jack at MPA too. All three advisers have been working incredibly hard, balancing full-time roles with their studies, and their dedication really shines through.”
“It’s great to see the next generation making a good go of this wonderful profession of ours. At MPA and SWP, continual professional development is something we value extremely highly. We support our team to build their knowledge and strengthen their expertise so that they can provide the best possible service to our clients. Congratulations to all three – not long until Chartered status now!”
MPA and SWP’s commitment to professional development extends across the entire team, with the firm supporting advisers through financial assistance, study leave, and access to experienced colleagues who have completed similar qualifications.
