Financial Advisers
Eamonn Lynch DipPFS
With 44 years’ experience under his belt, Eamonn has worked for some of the largest Financial Services firms including Standard Life and Prudential.
He joined the SWP team in 2013 and, day-to-day, provides expert financial advice to our ever-expanding portfolio of clients.
Paul Green
DipPFS
Paul joined the Financial Services industry in 1985, working for Commercial Union and CJL Probate & Financial – amongst others – before joining the SWP team in 2015.
Today, he specialises in pension and investment advice, with a focus on SWP’s ‘at retirement’ clients.
Lindsey Jones DipPFS
Lindsey started her career in financial services in the banking sector in 2002 joining Suckling Waddington in 2020 taking a great first step into independent advice with a wealth of support from her fellow advisors and wider team. She tailors the delivery of her advice to suit individuals and uses a non-jargon approach to ensure her advice is delivered in a simple and understandable way.
Flora Macleod
DipPFS
Flora joined Suckling Waddington Partners at the start of 2025 as a Financial Adviser, following several years in business development roles across the financial services sector. She holds the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and brings a passion for educating clients and helping them make confident financial decisions.
With experience at firms including Guardian, Vitality, and IRESS, Flora combines technical knowledge with a warm, approachable manner. She focuses on building strong client relationships and delivering clear, tailored advice to support clients at every stage of their financial journey.

Iveta Golding
Office Manager
Joined SWP in November 2018 as an administrator with over 10 years experience working in financial services in London. She has become an integral part of the team at SWP. Outside of work, Iveta enjoys traveling with her husband Brett, gardening & reading crime books.
Gail Te Braake Administrator
Gail joined the SWP team in 2015, bringing with her over 10 years’ experience from her previous role at Lloyds Bank Private Banking. During her career, she has worked in numerous sectors – from finance to agriculture and electronics – which has broadened her knowledge and skillset.
Jackie Conway Administrator
Joined SWP as a part-time administrator in December 2021.
She has a wide range of knowledge & skills, having enjoyed an extensive career in Banking & Financial Services. She also has a Diploma in Financial Services.
